Vinyasa for Women’s Wellness

This nourishing Vinyasa practice is designed to support women’s health by harmonising the body, mind, and cycle through the wisdom of the four elements — Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. Each element is explored through intentional movement, breath, and awareness to balance energy and restore vitality.

This class weaves dynamic Vinyasa flow with mindful pauses to honor the unique needs of women at every stage of life. Expect a balance of energising sequences and soothing moments that support the nervous system, pelvic health, and overall well-being.

Open to all levels. No prior yoga experience required — just an openness to move, breathe, and connect.
