Delivery Information
We’re so excited for you to receive your candles! Every order is hand-packed with care, and we do our best to get your parcel to you as quickly (and safely) as possible.
Processing Time
Because our candles are hand-poured in small batches, please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.
Standard 2nd class delivery
We aim to post candles 3-5 working days from the date of the order.
Delivered Monday - Friday (excluding bank or public holidays)
During busy periods (like holidays or restocks), processing may take a little longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait!
International Shipping
We do not currently post internationally, we are aiming to offer MYWILDE globally in due course.
Postal Packaging
Our postage packaging is 100% recyclable. Our boxes and tape are made from paper or card and recyclable materials.
Our Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you love your new candles as much as we loved making them! Each candle is hand-poured with care using natural ingredients, and we want every experience with MY WILDE to be a positive one.
If Something’s Not Quite Right
If your order arrives damaged, or if you’re not completely happy with your candle, please reach out to us within 14 daysof receiving it.
You can email us at claire@mywilde.co.uk with your order number and a brief note about what went wrong — we’ll do our best to make it right!
Returns
We gladly accept returns on unused and unopened candles within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
Your candle must be unused and in its original packaging
You’ll need proof of purchase/order confirmation
Once we’ve received your return and checked it over, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for it to appear.
Please note: We’re a small business, so return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer — unless your candle arrived damaged or defective, in which case we’ll take care of it for you.
Damaged or Defective Candles
If your candle arrives broken, melted, or otherwise damaged, please let us know right away.
Send us an email at claire@mywilde.co.uk with a photo of the damage, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Exchanges
Because our candles are handmade in small batches, we’re not able to offer direct exchanges at the moment. But you’re always welcome to return your candle (if it’s unused) and place a new order for your preferred scent.
