Through an energising yoga flow, a restorative sound bath, a grounding meditation walk, nourishing seasonal food, reflection, and an outdoor spa, you’ll awaken your body, clear your mind, and connect deeply with the energy of renewal.
Together, we’ll celebrate nature’s blossoming and embrace the balance of light and dark, movement and stillness.

CANCELLATIONS AND BOOKING INFORMATION
Deposits are non-refundable. Your final payment of £100 for your retreat should be paid in full, no later than the 21st of February 2026. Your place may be transferred to a friend if you are no longer able to attend.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please bring a swimwear, a towel, flip-flops and a robe for the bathing session. Comfortable clothing advised for the yoga and sound bath.
