Claire is a Yoga Teacher who incorporates the fringe method, based on the elements, and brings a passionate and creative approach to her teaching. This journey emphasises a whole-body approach, integrating mind, body, and spirit in unique ways.

Naturopathic Nutrition

Claire is a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist having trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, and has completed a post grad cert in Nutrition, Physical Activity and Behaviour Change.

Claire has worked in the health sector since 2001 and has a Health Visiting and Nursing background.

Personal interests

A lifelong lover of movement, Claire combines her passion for yoga with her love of running. As a marathon runner, she’s drawn to the beauty of scenic courses — from Lake Maggiore to the Snowdonia Trail marathon. Whether on the mat or the mountain path, Claire embraces mindful movement, breath, and the joy of exploring both inner and outer landscapes.

  • PG Cert Physical Activity, Nutrition and Behaviour Change (Level 7) Distinction

  • 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training (Fringe Yoga)
