Bubs and Me Yoga

A weekly postnatal yoga class designed to support mothers in a calm and nurturing environment, with babies alongside them. Classes focus on a safe return to exercise after birth, using gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to support the nervous system and help relieve common postnatal aches and pains.

*Suitable for babies from 8 weeks to crawling. For Mothers, it is generally recommended to wait until around eight weeks after a vaginal birth, and at least eight to ten weeks after a caesarean birth before starting postnatal yoga. It’s important to listen to your body and consult with your healthcare provider to ensure you are ready to begin exercising safely.

A weekly postnatal yoga class for you and your baby

Postnatal yoga offers numerous developmental and bonding benefits for both mother and baby. The gentle movements and breathing exercises foster a calm environment, reducing stress and anxiety, which can positively influence the baby's emotional state. Practicing yoga together enhances attachment, and promotes mindfulness, facilitating secure emotional development for the baby as they respond to their mother's movements and cues.
