Pregnancy Yoga
Pregnancy Yoga is a gentle and supportive class designed to help you stay active, build strength, and connect with your changing body throughout pregnancy. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques, classes can help ease common pregnancy discomforts, support the nervous system, and prepare both body and mind for birth and early motherhood. Suitable from around 14 weeks of pregnancy and continuing through to birth, with modifications offered to support all stages of pregnancy.

What to expect
As your pregnancy progresses, each class is adapted to support your changing body and prepare you for birth. Yoga and breathwork can help build strength, improve mobility, encourage relaxation, and develop practical breathing techniques to support labour. You'll also become part of a welcoming community, creating space to connect, share experiences, and feel supported throughout your pregnancy.
FAQ’s
How many weeks do I need to be to start pregnancy yoga?
It is recommended to wait until you have had your first scan around 14 weeks to begin the physical practice of yoga and have the all clear from your GP.
Can you start yoga during pregnancy if you have never done yoga before before?
Yes you can but wait until you have the all clear from your doctor or obstetrician and try and go to a pregnancy yoga class.
Up to how many week in my pregnancy can I practice yoga?
You can continue until the day you give birth.
