Postnatal Yoga Course

A 5- week postnatal yoga course designed to help new mothers regain strength, flexibility, and mental calm after childbirth, focusing on gentle poses that support recovery, improve posture, and alleviate common postpartum issues such as back pain and pelvic instability. This course will incorporate breathing techniques, pelvic floor exercises, and mindfulness practices to promote emotional well-being, promoting a holistic approach to postpartum recovery.
