COURSE INFORMATION:

Mother and baby yoga offers numerous benefits, including enhancing physical well-being for new mothers by improving flexibility, strength, and posture, while promoting relaxation. For babies, it can aid in developing motor skills and enhancing bonding through physical touch and shared activities. Additionally, the classes provide a supportive community for mothers, fostering social connections and emotional well-being during the transitional phase of motherhood.

*Suitable for babies from 8 weeks to crawling. For Mothers, it is generally recommended to wait until around eight weeks after a vaginal birth, and at least eight to ten weeks after a caesarean birth before starting postnatal yoga. It’s important to listen to your body and consult with your healthcare provider to ensure you are ready to begin exercising safely.
